Cancellations

The Yurt Hideaway Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations on the Yurt Hideaway Website, including accommodation, extras and packages.

• Refund (minus 10% admin fee), for cancellation requested within 24 hours of booking (regardless of check in date).
• Refund (minus 10% admin fee), for cancellation request at least 14 days before check in.
• 50% refund, for cancellation request by between 7 and 14 days before check in.
• No refund for cancellation request made within 7 days before check in.

Change of Dates

Change of date requests:

• are to be made no less than 14 days before check in; and
• are subject to availability.
