Our Guiding Principles
Consumables to be natural and packaging biodegradable/compostable.
Suppliers & partner selection based on: sustainability focused business, ethically sourced & natural products, local business.
Source second hand and upcycled rather than new (reuse earth’s precious resources).
Source high quality, long lasting items & furnishings (reduce landfill).
Give back to support community and environmental initiatives & action groups.
We took the Ecotourism Australia’s Strive 4 Sustainability Scorecard – a program to gain a snapshot of our current sustainability practices and where we can improve against the four pillars of sustainability:
- sustainable management,
- environmental impacts,
- cultural impacts, and
- socio-economic impacts.
We’re thrilled with our 91%, but also keen to improve to 100% next time.
Thank you Ecotourism Australia for providing this awesome program.

“With Fifteen Trees, we sponsor local tree planting projects right here on the Mornington Peninsula. Its amazing to see first hand how we can regenerate land, creating wildlife corridors for a wide range of animals, including the local koala population.”
